I assume that with engine running, your alternator is charging. Try this: With key out of ignition (and parking lights off) disconnect negative battery cable, insert ammeter between cable and post. There should be no current flow (except the negligible amount to run the clock). If, however, there is a drain of say, more than one amp, start pulling and replacing fuses one at a time. When the indicated current stops, you've identified the offending circuit. In the event the fault is elsewhere, keep the battery disconnected overnight so as not to strand yourself pending further troubleshooting. By the way - your old battery may have been perfectly fine - just low.
