Not sure if you've replaced A arm bushings before, so if you have you might have heard people talk about drilling the rubber surroundings of metal sleeve to try loosening the bushing for removal. Do not do this! The bushing space is very small and if you nick the bore of the bushing mount you will have premature wear on the bushing. The mount is made from aluminum so it is very easy to do. So no drills. If you do have problems w/ removing an old bushing, cut the lip off the bushing from the side you are pressing from and also press from the sleeve of the bushing (you could use a small 3/8 extension from you socket set actually). You shouldn't have a problem pressing out the oldies though.

On remounting the new bushing, do not use any type of petroleum products to put the new bushings in. Use h2o w/ dish detergent, make sure it gets bubbly;) The bushings do not need to be lubricated and petroleum products will slight breakdown rubber and cause premature wear. Best bet on pressing the new bushing in is to make sure the bushing is perfectly lined up and give it all you got while making sure it's going in evenly. Evenly, is the key word.. If it goes in crooked that means there's a good chance the otherside of the sleeve is digging into the inside wall of bushing mount (premature wear..)

The last thing, but the first thing, check that the inside diameter of the bushing sleeve is the same as the other three bushings, group the top bushings together and then the bottoms. I had one dud two weeks ago w/ the wrong inside diameter on the top A-arm. The car was apart and I didn't have a replacement. Check the bushings when you receive them so you don't have to make the mistake I did of trying to drill the sleeve out..
