I've done it with a pressure bleeder. The only trouble is this method does not flush the old fluid from the accumulator. TO do this you need to have someone depress the brake pedal (Ignition on) to run the ABS pump while bleeding the rears. The danger is letting the pump run for too long and having it overheat. You could of course pressure bleed sveral times in a short period and there would be very little dirty fluid left.
