Squeal during cold idle...

any ideas. are there idler pulley's like on our 9000. as soon as i start the car there is a squeal until the car warms up, but it only does it while at idle. water pumps usually rumble right? never had an alternator go, but power supply seems good, could be the bearings i guess. any ideas are great. thanks
