I have an 88' SPG that has the standard radio/tape player but in the lower slot a factory installed cd player that was installed 2 years after the car was boguht by the previous owner. I have an Alpine head unit and new speakers and I need to know what I should do to install all this stuff. I am going to bypass the stock amp and run new wires to the front and the back. How can I wire the head unit into the lower DIN slot? Are there connections in the lower slot that I can use to do this? I can snip and splice the new and old harness together but I need to know where I can locate all the other connections. thanx
