Leaking brake lines inside vehicle!

Hi again group, have an '86 900s,4dr. Brakes failed before we could get out
of our yard. Checked all 4 wheels and rear brake lines under car, they were
all bone dry. Removed floor mats on driver's side and found floor soaking wet w/ brake fluid, front and back. Removed carpet and found brake lines
rusted and corroded in two spots. Our main question is: Is it safe or practical to repair these leaks w/ sections of tubing or must we replace
them completely. Our Bentley manual shows the entire clearly and the lines
are easily traceable. We are 66 and retired but have access to an ace
mechanic who is a friend but we want to fix this one by ourselves. We'd
like to know if pre-shaped brake lines are available? We'd really love
to get our baby back on the road, post haste(116,000 mi). Thanks for your patience.
Any help would be appreciated.
Our daily driver is an '86 900turbo w/ 192,000 mi, also have an '87 900
w/ 131,000, all are great, s & turbo are powerful & economical but how fast
does an old man need to go :-).
