Here's the pic of my oil leak, finally

I can see it, hopefully so can everyone else! The recap:
I've had an oil leak (it is definitely oil) for over a year on out 94 900s conv w/auto. It's leaking engine oil between the oil pan (or whatever's it's called) and the tranny case.
It's leaking from the seam between the cases, but just at the bottom. The drain plug is NOT leaking, and no cracks are evident. I tried to seal it with JB Weld, but of course, that didn't work - you can see the remants of what's left. All bolts have been snugged. Is there a gasket vertically between oil and tranny cases that prevents oil form leaking? How do I stop this leak (outside of pulling the tranny)?
Thanks. My garage floor is getting slippery.
