throwout & pilot bearing replacement- torque question

I was replacing my throwout bearing and got very helpful tips from the list last week. I tried, but I was unable to remove the throwout bearing/slave cylinder assembly without also removing the clutch. But that worked to my advantage because I found the pilot bearing was seized and that was the source of the noise. The throwout bearing was OK.
I replaced the pilot bearing, rebuilt the slave cylinder and put on a new throwout bearing. Everything works fine! One question: although the manuals give torque specs for the small hex bolts that hold the slave cylinder to the transfer case, there is no torque recommendation for the clutch-to-flywheel bolts. I used the recommended torque for an M8 bolt--25-30 ft lbs. Does this sound OK? I'd like to make them right before I replace the plastic cover. Which by the way, I am going to cut in half and install in two parts that I'll then fasten together.
Thanks, Tom
