You want to fix it. If you don't it will cause seals and gaskets to leak oil. The most likely culprit is the small nipple on the valve cover. Its orifice is pretty small and can get clogged up. Also check the operation of the check valve in the vacuum line that goes from the throttle body to the small nipple on the valve cover. It should only flow air in one direction.
If you need the check valve, its $15 from eeuroparts. If the small nipple is clogged, try to use a paperclip or something to "unclog" it.
