R134A Conversion - O-Rings Posted by Justin VanAbrahams [Email] (#32) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Justin VanAbrahams) on Sat, 29 Jul 2006 20:01:41 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have been reading for months posts on the BBS about conversion to R134A. I'm gonna do it, I'm ready to go. Got the gauges, the vacuum pump, the fittings, the refrigerant... all that stuff. Vacuumed it out to 29" for 45 mins, held it at ~5" for almost an hour now. I'm sure the system is good to go, and I have a new receiver/dryer and a new expansion valve ready to go in.
The only thing I am not positive about is the o-rings. Do I just need to replace the two at the compressor, or do I need to change the ~10 throughout the system?
Does anyone know what sizes and what quantities I need?
TIA...
