This is a 16-valve non-turbo, right??
Sensor is in the exhaust pipe, sorta near the steering rack. Hit the threaded base with your favorite penetrant for loosening the rust (Kroil, Liquid-Wrench, PB-Blaster, etc...)
Follow the wire up towards the ventilation air intake. (Remember how it's tied down.) You'll see there's a 1-wire plug with rubber boot, and a 2-wire plastic plug with spring clip. Undo those & let the wire drop to the ground.
Lift the front of the car & support it solidly on stands. (Don't crawl underneath with just a jack...)
I've used a big box-end wrench, because I can feed the wires thru that. A special socket lets the wires fold back down & out the side of the socket. From underneath the car, get the wrench on & remove the sensor.
If it's stuck, wait a couple hours for the penetrant to work. Turbo cars have the sensor in an elbow near the turbo, and on those cars it seems to be easier to remove when it's really REALLY hot from driving. Not sure whether that helps on a non-turbo, mine usually came out OK without doing that.
Whenever I've bought a sensor, it has anti-seize on it's threads. If yours doesn't, put some on. Don't get it on the sensing element.
Put it in, tighten, lead the wire where it belongs, & plug it in...
Celebrate with your favorite cold stuff.
