What about nitrogen? anyone try that? Tire dealers tout nitrogen as the answer to all the tire pressure issues we all have. It theoretically doesn't expand and contract with temperature fluctuations, and one dealer told me that nitrogen molecules are larger (?) so leakage is reduced. NASA and NASCAR use it, I've read.
The earth's atmosphere is already 78% nitrogen so I'm wondering if it's all anecdotal marketing-speak. Sounds like a good topic for Mythbusters!
