I'd do that first if I were you, then bleed brakes. I personally would doubt that the front calipers are stuck, I'd just get the master cylinder working and see what happens.
"Stuck" calipers sometimes happens from rust on rears, since they move so little and do so little of the braking. Salty water gets up inside the caliper bore, past the outside boots, and then while car is sitting, rusts things up so piston is bonded in place. The longer they sit the rustier.
Stuck calaipers can also happen, fronts and rears, from when rotors have been turned down too thin. Then the caliper piston extends too far out, at the end of life of the pads, and cocks a little crooked and doesn't want to return. Then, it can usually be coaxed back into its bore and all is well. I've done it with an air chisel with a blunt tip tool chucked in. The vibration helps massively on getting things to start moving again.
