do you mean the caliper bolts or the the screws that hold the rotor to the hub? There shouldn't be any need to replace the caliper bolts, unless you round a head or damage the threads somehow. The rotor screws - common wisdom is that you can go without these, since the only real purpose of these screws is to hold the rotor in place when the roadwheel is off. Otherwise, the rotor is held firmly in place by the roadwheel when properly torqued (90 ft/lbs, anyone?).
Get some brake lube and brake parts cleaner in addition to the pads. Get pads from a site sponsor. Don't get the crummy pads that are sold at autozoo or similar places, unless you have some strange desire to have brake dust make your front wheels constantly look as if you have been off-roading. Ask me how I know.....PBR (me ASAP) pads are good - certainly not the best, but if you're not street racing, they will meet your needs and then some, but without all the dust.
Hope this helps......There's very little that's more rewarding than new brakes.
