When I did the same job I did the rear main seal (built a tool from a 4" PVC cap as described in other posts), front seal & oil pump gasket.
Have some cv joint grease on hand so you can clean and repack the tripod bearings and cups.
check your ball joints, you'll have the tires off and suspension unloaded. So those would be easy to change.
You could do the power steering arm bushings and alternator bushings. If you have the time and shop press, the upper A-arm bushings could be done. Also, check all of your engine mounts.
You should recenter the shifter linkage (as described in Bentley) since you're swapping transmissions. I took apart my shifter and cleaned and greased everything and centered it--it shifts crisper than it ever has.
**oh** a worthwhile tip someone showed me (maybe you already know it). Make yourself a guide pin. Take a long bolt (about 6") that fits one of the bolt hole threads of the transmission flange. Cut the head off and round that end with a file. Screw it into the transmission flange so it's sticking straight up. When you're lowering the engine onto the transmission that pin will line things up easily. Make sure you choose a hole that will have a clear pathway as it comes out the other side of the engine flange.
I wrecked a gasket before learning that trick.
