ABS/Brake Fluid lights still flash on

A little history (hopefully not too much...):
Last week in the heat my lights came on and stayed on with. The brakes worked as they always did. So I found a cheap used accumulator and changed it out. When I loosened my accumulator, fluid spewed everywhere. When I tested the new used accumulator, foam was in the resevior. After flushing the fluid, the brakes worked as they always did, but the accumulator failed the test. This time the lights flashed with the first pump and every pump of the brake pedal.
This leads me to believe I have a bad electrical connection somewhere, and perhaps a good working accumulator. The fuses and the relay look good. The ABS pressure switch showed corrosion which I cleaned up with a toothbrush, baking soda and Deoxit (is Deoxit acceptable?).
There is something odd with the fluid level sensor plug though. The male end coming out of the resevior has five prongs, while the female end has only four receptors, with an empty slot for the fifth male prong. Is this correct on my '90, or did one pull out and drop when I unplugged it?
I have yet to change the warning lights as I've heard they get old and cause the sensors to fail.
All input is appreciated.
