Recently I posted a question about reattaching a glass rear window to the top on a '93 TC. The concensus was to use Goop Marine. My local shop stated different solutions but Goop it was. Worked great if not a bit messy to apply even with the tape trick mentioned by one responder. Great advice. Thanks to all. So today my wide arrives home with the drivers outside mirror in her hand. Apparently it just fell off. Does anyone know what was originally used to attach the mirroe? It is mirrored on both sides with no sign of any residue adhesive. the backing appears to be the heating element. Suggestions? Thanks again in advance.
