Degrease (f'n horrible mess), remove AC (bracket was NOT notched - took care of that), remove alt...gather up broken pieces of crappo red poly alt bushings that lasted 10 months (to mail to Dean w/a nasty note), install new RUBBER bushings, degrease some more, remove crank pulley/HB, degrease again, remove oil pump, replace o-ring & crank/pulley seal, pack oil pump w/WB grease, re-install, RR water pump, secure flywheel, clean up OLD pulley/HB & bolt back on(eEuro didn't have one), new install new belts (stupid AC belt needs to be an inch longer!).....new hoses AND a new rad fan thermo switch (looks easy enough...arragh, no room...damn tiny hose...diddly dong fan...Doh!), flush/fill...........took me two afternoons in the broiling sun + one in torrential downpour.
Even a seasoned pro who does this once a week working under ideal conditions must take a good 5 or 6 hrs to do that. The only way anyone could do it in 3.5hrs would be to cut major corners & leave off half the bolts.
