The fuel guage on my 91 900 will not go above 1/2 full when the tank is full. When the tank is 1/2 empty the guage will read anout 1/4 full. I checked the cluster behind the guages and did not find any loose wires or nuts. I wired in another fuel sender and when I turn it upside down the guage still only reads 1/2 full.
I also grounded the wires at the sender to. when one was grounded it turns on the low fuel light and the other puts the guage to 1/2 full. This test shows that the sender is ok.
I need some help from another saab expert.
Thanks Jim
