89 900 turbo clutch problem

the clutch pedal on my 89 900 turbo went to the floor yesterday with no pressure; luckily i had just turned on the road i lived on. I've checked everywhere but no leaks and no drop in fluid level - meaning internal leak of a cylinder seal right? if you let it sit for a while and press on it it has pressure again but looses it after that. I pulled the master cylinder already and there's a little spot on the seal that could have been bad and some corroding in the bore. Do you think it's worth replacing the slave cylinder too?
