As Boge is a familiar name in the saab world, perhaps that is the way to go. If they are new/old stock and have been sitting on the shelf steadily losing pressure over time somewhere, I wouldn't expect any mfg to be reliable. Best brand is Heize-Warren, stainless steel with a lifetime warranty that includes recharging and seal replacement at no cost but shipping. Pricey, but they will outlast the car.
One issue I see a lot is that the tube should be on top, and the shaft on the bottom. Why? because water/moisture will sit on the seal otherwise and cause premature failure due to pitting on the shaft.
