That seal is not available anywhere. If you want a used one to cut up and graft in, try searching car-part.com, then sort by price to find a cheap one.
Meanwhile, I have tried heating with a heat gun, on a friend's car. His repair has held, but he also used some adhesive, so it's tough to tell whether it was the hear or the goop.
I have also tried heating with hot (180*F) water. The problem I encountered was that, if you over-stretch it, it doesn't come back to the original length. Another seal I experimented with slowly returned to its former, shrunken dimensions over a week or so.
Therefore, if I were to do it again, I'd heat with water (was easier, less stressful than the heat gun), stretch over some object to slightly increase overall length, cool and dry, and glue into the window frame. Pay particular attention to the lower, front corner: get the seal nice and tight in there. For belt-and-suspenders, add some silicone up under the seal. Also, note that the metal and rubber seal around the window -- not the seal on the car -- can leak, so check the lower front corner.
