Cmyles is of course correct. I can add that after taking apart a passenger side, with 116K and finding a dimple, I wasn't too happy. I thought, OK, no problem, I'll take the one from a gearbox with 133K and hopefully it will be better. Nope. It was worse. However, the driver side wasn't worn on the spare, so I was able to use it after completely dismantling it and replacing the driver bearing, race and seal. Now it should be just like new.
What was interesting was to see that some real top notch mechanics had been prying on the inner driver cup/companion flange to get it to pop out. Both cars I was working on had been touched by gravel monkeys during an attempt at axle replacement. As a result, the axles had not been changed, so the inner drivers were both damaged from heat and lack of grease.
So, the interesting thing is the driver's side inner driver on both examples were just fine but both the passenger sides were trashed. I'll send them both to Erickson as I have seen the work they did on another one, and it was very well done.
Don't forget to put the inner driver spring clip in the correct way -- there is a rounded edge, and a flat edge, so put the flat edge inboard.
