RRFPR is the rising rate fuel pressure regulator. They can be pesky to get set up, but if it is done properly, you might get a benefit.
With the 010 dizzy you have ( if you put it in ) you can set the timing to 18 degrees with the other stuff you have going on.
Given that you use the square window and timing "line" on the cover, you can set timing as suggested at 16 or if you want to give it a slight boost off the line, the 18 degrees works well. If you use the circular hole, use a variable dial timing light, set the timing on the light to 29 degrees and adjust the dizzy to make the "peg" on the OD of the flywheel to come dead center in the circular hole.
If you ever get the clutch cover off for any reason, then use the mark on the aluminum cover to make a compatible line to the clutch cover. Over time, that plastic piece of crap can be bent or migrate, thereby moving the line that you are trying to time the engine to. It can be way off if the plastic cover isn't "calibrated" to the aluminum end plate. The "line" on the end plate is a cast feature that you can see raised above the normal surface.
Did you ever sell your SPG or is this another one?
