#1 is it the date when all the parts were assembled together and the car was put onto the wheels? - no, you can't track it.
#2 is it the date when it left the factory for dealership? - hardly trackable, but chances are a bit higher than #1 (if you've got an access to dealership archive)
Do you know that C900 MY93 were made in early 1992? Yep, they were.
Actually, you can estimate the production date if you dig thru all the labels on the windows, seat belts, ECU flash memory chips (not the chip ID, but the label which is usually glued onto the chip - it says what's the f/w version inside). You can even strip your headliner, knee bolster and door cards to check them for labels which should be very close to the production date.
