I am not sure offhand. I think there is a +12v circuit that vaguely runs from the ignition lock through the brake light switch and the cruise control vacuum switch and then to the APC solenoid, but I don't think that circuit is the one that powers the solenoid. Electrically, I don't think that would work. That circuit disables the APC system - when +12v goes through it (the brakes are on, or the cruise circuit is on) APC switches off. I think the thing that powers the solenoid must run directly from the APC box to the solenoid.
