Without having crunched the numbers four considerations come to mind. First is section width, that is to say the actual width of the tire in the wheel well and the consequent clearance issues, including turning radius in front and arch clearance in the back. Second is diameter, particularly in regards to the reduced clearance of the lowered SPG suspension as well as positioning of the rear axle. Third, minimal sidewall profile, leaving little cushion to protect your rims. (I know where you drive.) And lastly, given the wider width/lower profile required the selection of tires is likely to limited and expensive.
Plus I can't help but think it would look odd. (But probably track like it was on rails.)
