NA 8-valve to turbo conversion?

Hello all. I am contemplating what is involved with turbocharging my NA 8 valve engine. I have spoken to a fellow member who said that many have gone the "light pressure" turbo route, which gives a light boost which is safe on the higher compression engine. Just a matter of setting the boost to 4-5 psi and trying it out. I assume going this route will eliminate the need for an APC system. I have access to an 8 valve turbo parts car, so parts should not be a problem. Would the distributor or any of the mechanical injection parts need to be changed? Does anyone know whether the block is drilled on all the blocks for the supply and return lines? Anyone here gone this route? Any info would be great! Thanks. Emmanuel.
