"Wired for Cruise" means "Wired for the Saab Cruise Kit"...
The "Kit" contained (If I recall correctly):
vacuum Pump
vacuum servo & bracket
vacuum line
turn signal/cruise stalk
ECU
vacuum/electrical (pedal) switches (2)
Wiring harness.
As I seem to recall, the wiring harness contains the wiring needed for the pedal switches, stalk, ECU, speedo, and vacuum pump. It had several wires that terminated in pins that were inserted into specific locations in the main connectors that connect the inside/rear of the car to the fuse/relay block. The only thing that was "pre-installed" was the wiring from the fuse block connector to the pump connector, and the power connection for the ECU at the fuse block connector. There is no dangling/hidden plug anywhere that makes all the connections.
My recollections were from installing it in a 1984 turbo, and into a 1990 900 base. sometime after that, Saab changed the big connectors that go between the inside/rear of the car to the fuse block to a different design, so the early kit may not work with a later car.
You're going to need to get that harness from another 1992 that had cruise, or make one yourself from the Bently diagrams.
