takes alot longer then what they post to reply to.

Basically i waited over a week for them to process an order. I emailed them via the website asking where there any issues.

No response and then days laster I get an email everything shipped.

I got the package, the order was not complete... and the other parts was not available.

What was shipped was two bottles of cleaner at 6$ a piece and they charge over 12$ shipping !

The cleaner an ad on item since I was ordre the other parts that i needed. and the difference in shipping was about 1.20$ so I thought what the heck.

I am more then disappointed with SAABUSAPARTS as I contacted them before shipping to ask if there was a problem. and then ignored the email and shipped out what ever they felt like.

Unless you HAVE to order from them, I would take me business elsewhere.
