I have used small visegrips to break the allen head screws loose and then used a a Chapman ratchet with I think a 5 mm hex to get them out the quickest.
You will need to remove all the bolts to the pressure plate and use a bar between the flywheel and the pressure plate to get the fingers to retract. I Put in spacer blocks to hold the gap and then rotate the flywheel to a new position and add another spacer block....repeat until the fingers are compressed and you can put a 5 gallon bucket wire handle shaped in a ring between the fingers and the pressure plate. Remove the spacer blocks and bow you should have room to lift out the clutch/slave at the same time. I think you can search "3 Big Nuts" or something like that to read about how to use nuts as the spacer blocks. I have never been able to remove the slave without removing the whole clutch assembly at the same time. I can do a clutch change in under 2 hours on a turbo motor.
