Slave Cylinder Curse?

Hi Everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has had an issue with their vehicle where it seems as though the slave cylinder cannot be fixed. The car in question is a 1994 900s with 130,000km. In the past 4 years it has had 4 new slave cylinders. Recently I changed mechanics to the guy who is known to be an absolute guru of old European car (because I was suspicious of the last mechanic). He is the best in the city and I trust him. The problem now is that he got a brand new genuine Saab cylinder in (a task he is familiar with on 900's), bled it, and it started to leak. He is pretty confused as to why the car is chewing through these part over and over.
Any ideas or similar experiences? I should also note that the clutch hydraulic line and the fluid have all be changed to eliminate the possibility of dirt compromising the seals.
Thank you.
