Bentley AMM Test?

Hello All,
I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the Bentley method for testing the AMM? Can the meter pass the test and still be faulty? I suspect that mine is failing, but it is still passing the tests.
Identical to the post by Christian R, my car is very well maintained and starts immediately. Upon starting the RPM's drop to ~300, then rise to ~1400, then it evens out and runs properly. The car will only present these symptoms when it has been sitting all night.
I have tested the resistance of the NTC sensor in the intake manifold, and it seems to check out. (1930 ohms @ 29C)
Thanks,
-Paul
