My car ate its wiring

I had a strange incident the other night. I had just been out for a drive and had noticed an odd sound, so I popped the hood when I got home. The big pack of wires that is secured to the firewall end of the block with clips (and goes onward to the injectors and so on) had broken the clips and fallen victim to the AC belt. Thankfully it must have only been there for a minute, because none of the wires are abraded through. The plastic jacket that goes around the loom is damaged, and many of the wires are missing half of their plastic coating, but I haven't lost any functions.
My questions are:
1. Are the clips that go in the engine block still available?
2. Do you have recommendations for sealing the wires? (I assume they have to be wrapped individually)
Thanks!
