I "had" this repair done, to my 94CE classic about 4 years ago. I replaced the "basket" with one that had a tight bushing. I also swapped out a new steering with working horn buttons. Not sure why, but during the repair the SRS light was activated on my instrument cluster. The code it sent to my car's computer could not be cleared using the "standard" OBD2 that this repair shop had. They had some guy come by with his mobile unit and they were able to clear the code. Good luck, hope all goes well.
