Boost Gauge Doesn't Work But Turbo Does Posted by Sepposam [Email] (#2131) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Sepposam) on Fri, 19 May 2017 10:59:27 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The boost gauge on my new (10 days new, nine of them on the road) to me 90 turbo doesn't work but the turbo definitely does. It sits at the center point where boost begins on the gauge.
I'm guessing this is atmospheric pressure and the gauge is not connected to the turbo system. There is a small hose in the left front corner of the engine compartment which is broken off. Is that is the hose, where is it supposed to connect to. If not, where would I find it and again, where does it connect to.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. The black and white pictures in the Bentley manual aren't very helpful.
