There are 4 motors. One in the front which operates the back tilt via a couple cables, two on the right side which operate the up/down and entire seat tilt. The one you want to crank is on the left side which operates a gear drive and a drive shaft across the seat to the other side for forward and back. You may be able to fabricate a hand-held tool or find some other means to turn the motor without the OEM crank. A small electric or manual screwdriver with a square bit might also work but it is a cramped space and might require substantial torque if the seat track is rusty or gummed up.
