Evaluation request: how much to ask so that it sells?

I plan on placing a classified here soon and had inquired with Scott Paterson regarding tips and suggestions on how to sell. He mentioned that those who did not list a price (Best Offer, etc) took longer to sell.
I took a look at past sales and prices and one thing that strikes me is the wide variety of sales prices, of course reflecting year, condition and if it is a turbo or SPG.
There aren't many non-turbo cars out there, but that is what I will be listing.
What is the ballpark price for:
1988 Saab 900 8 valve three door
250K (unknown exactly since I've gone through three speedometers...)
Everything works with a few minor exceptions.
It's been upgraded with alloy wheels, OEM cruise control, power windows, power mirrors, console, perfect cloth seats from a turbo and a bunch of things that never came with an 8 valve. Transmission has been rebuilt and is the smoothest shifting of my three 900s. Head gasket was done two years ago along with fuel pump, accumulator, Talifierro fuel lines, rebuilt fuel distributor.
Numerous 8 valve parts included.
Painted 10 years ago, but, it has some surface rust on the bottom of the doors and along the rocker panels but nothing like you see on cars this old. I've had the car since 1998.
Would like to get a few responses so that I can get this listed.
Please note: this is not an offer for sale at this point, but it will show up in the classifieds as soon as I can come to some kind of valuation.
Any thoughts are welcome. I hope to get this to someone who knows and loves 8 valves.
