Just an FYI for the foam removal if you go that route - be ultra careful if removing the nuts off the spacers (part 6940233) to open up the bumper insides. Mine were rusted somewhat and I sheared them right off with the ends of the bolts. Had to weld together new clamping brackets as those are knurled bolts pressed into cast aluminum (that I then proceeded to snap when trying to press them out to replace the sheared bolts).
