Brake Pedal Bracket Removal on Cars ABS Posted by BOS_saab [Email] (#3188) [Profile/Gallery] (more from BOS_saab) on Mon, 5 Feb 2024 04:03:27 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I am in the final stages of collecting the parts I need to do a auto-to-manual swap on my '94 CVT. I am stumped as how to get the brake clutch pedal brackets out of the '94CVT donor car.
I have removed the four nuts for the master cylinder and the two nuts for the clutch master but the brackets are not moving. I know on non-ABS cars there were two additional bolts just under the cowling but, because this car has ABS, the bolts do not appear to be there. I took the cover off of the wire chase and moved the looms out of the way and the bolts are not hiding back there.
Does anyone have any insight or experience getting these things out of the car?
Thanks!
