Yea, thats what I heard for the odor but more of the cat isn't as effiecient because it's clogging. The sound is more like a hissing/restriction sound. (The exhaust is broken before the muff so you can hear the exhaust better).

Happen to have a bosch # for the one you used. I looked at several 3 wire sensors, all of which looked the same. They ranged from as low as $19 to $300. I think I'll use the cheapest.

Ok, so does it matter where the other two wires splice up for the preheater? or will it work either way?

It's just not bosch thats ripping us off... wow
