The parts are the same, so no difference. The only significant things that *are* different (as much as I love my SPGs, I have to admit this) are the ground effects, shocks, springs, and some mods to the APC. And the color of the interior.
So, in general, whatever parts you bought for a 900T will be the same for an SPG of the same year. There will be differences between years. '88 and later have different brakes.
You can get a lot of parts from some of the site sponsors for much less than you'd pay at the dealer. There are some parts that are dealer-only or used-parts, though. I've used http://www.sobstory.com a lot for getting parts. Jim has always been very helpful.
A lot of SPGs tend to be driven hard, so listen to the transmission at highway speeds. Feel how it shifts. You know from the BBS that it's a big wear item on OG900s. And have a good independent SAAB tech look over the car to see what problems there are - just like purchasing any other SAAB.
