Misfire when cold and one oiled plug

I bet this is really OBVIOUS but I can`t seem to work it out. Checked EVERYTHING over and over but on cold start, i.e. car not driven for say 12 hours, for the first two or three minutes, or the first mile or so, the engine seems like it`s running on half power or less, missing and revving at about 500rpm.
ALSO Number one plug gets oiled up, I see someone suggests this is a sign of high crankcase pressure.
Anybody got any ideas?
