Boost Question - 91 Turbo Automatic

Quick Question:
On heavy accelaration, I can hear a "chirping" sound when the turbo is spooled all the way up. The boost gauge goes almost to the top of the yellow zone, but periodically it seems like it is being "modulated". You can see it in the gauge and feel it in the seat of your pants.
Is this chirping sound under heavy acceleration related to the modulating boost? All vacuum lines seem to be well. Running premium gas. Any thoughts?
Thanks again!
Gavin
