Sub-frame tightening torque and sequence

My 1994 Aero is beginning to make creaking noises when the frontend dips on braking and rises on acceleration. In the past the dealer has resolved this by "tightening the subframe".
A long time ago I saw a post that referenced a specific order of tightening but I can no longer find the post and the Haynes manual does not discuss this.
Does anyone have suggestions on which bolts, the order to tighten, and the torque amount for the front subframe.
Thanks!!!
