low oil pressure at idle

This happened first some time (and about 3k miles) ago -- oil pressure light would go on at idle. The car ('91 9k 2.3T) has two factory installed in-dash gauges -- oil pressure and oil temp. When this happened, the oil pressure needle would point slightly to the left of the red dot that is approx. 0.5 bar (~7psi). This would happen only after I drove the car at high revs for some time.
I changed oil and filter (I always use synthetic oil and original Saab filters and normally change them every 4-5k miles). The symptom disappeared. Unfortunately, I did not notice pressure readings at different rpms, only that at idle it was slightly above 0.5 bar when the engine was warmed-up.
Now, recently the problem re-appeared -- after high-rev driving, the oil pressure light goes on. There is no noticeable oil leaks, the engine runs fine. I also noticed that at 2000 rpm oil pressure is ~1 bar (14 psi), and that if I increase revs, the pressure reaches max of about 1.5 bar (~21psi) at about 3000 rpm.
Any ideas?
