Thats odd. I don't understand how having the fluid level too high could have an effect on it, but if it was previously heavy, and now it's not, then I'd say be thankful for the little things.
Funny story. I once heard of an old lady brining her car into the shop because the engine wouldn't go past about 35mph. When the mechs tried to rev the engine, it would only go to about 1500 rpm. After checking everything they could think of, they finally just held the throttle wide open, and after about 45 seconds, the oil cap blew off the valve cover followed by a steady "there she blows" of oil. Seems the old lady had watched her husband add oil to the car, so she assumed it was what you were suppose to do. The engine was full of oil. But I digress.
Let me know if you have anymore problems with it. Heck, I may fill mine up just to see if it causes the clutch to become heavy or stiff.
Glad yo fixed it.
Dave, If you read this, did you ever fix your clutch problem?
