1) Pull out every button, disconnecting each one from the connector behind.
2) Pull out all the components in the center dash (stereo, ashtray, CD player, cubby, etc.).
3) Remove the tranny shifter and cover.
4) Remove the screws that hold the dashface in place. One is above the boost gauge towards the top of the dash (just underneath the lip), and then there are several other ones behind where the components in the center console are installed, as well as one or two underneath where the tranny shifter cover goes.
5) Very carefully start to pull out the dashface as a whole unit, working all the edges evenly so as not to crack it. You will have to play with it to get it to clear the steering wheel. The air vents are attached to the dashface, so they will come out with it as you move along. You may have to work the padded dash up and out with your fingers to get the wood dashface to clear it (there are little plastic tabs attached to the dashface that hold it in place behind the lip of the padded dashboard).
6) Installation is the reverse of this procedure.
7) I may have forgotten one or two little things, but you will see them when you get to that point during the removal--not a big deal.
