1. Some models of the Aero don't have the usual clips that allow the seat to fold down to almost flat, although I understand later models ('96 and later) have the clips installed. The reason they were omitted is that the Aero seats are of a different configuration with the larger lateral-support components that resist folding flat. I installed the clips from a '91 9KT in my '95 Aero and the arrangement works fine, although the seats will look wrinkled and a bit desheveled when unfolded. It would be prudent to return them to the normal position as soon as possible. To fit the clips you'll need a rivet gun, as there is no practical way to install nuts and bolts.
2. The HK stereo components may be proprietary, but you might call Crutchfield or a local stereo specialist to check for replacement items.
3. How long is "a few seconds longer" on the starting sequence? Every Saab I've owned (five) takes a few seconds of cranking to start. A bad DI usually calls attention to itself by misfiring during hard acceleration. At 120k, I'd say the DI has probably been changed out, as they usually fail at or before this mileage.
