2.3 turbo 1992. This is driving me mad, any body got any ideas?
Started with slight water showing at turbo joint, as the car has always used water thought Ah Ha! heads going. Did the gasget and skimmed, back together and its worse, on start up water showing at manifold head joint until it warms up. Misfiring getting worse. Ah! I thought cracked head, no coolent in the oil and no cooling system pressurisation.
So bought a scrap car crashed and no wheels nice huh! dumped on the drive,
But good head, swapped it, getting good at this now, and its the same!? misfiring getting worse,water showing at 3 joints. Next bypassed the throttle body water heater thinking this might be leaking, no just the same, so now at a loss. Wheres the water coming from? Any ideas would be welcome.
